Policies:

• Check In Time: 3:00 - 8:00 PM (CST)
  Check Out Time: No later than 11:00 AM (CST)
  
• Rates may vary based on season or holidays.
  
• Sorry, we cannot accept children at the Veranda.
  
• We cannot accept pets of any kind.
  
• Cancellation Policy:
  All reservations require one night's deposit (or 50% on stays of two or more days). A refund of deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee, will be issued for a full or partial cancellation with notification of more than 14 prior to the beginning of scheduled stay. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made within 14 days of reservation; however, a gift certificate can be issued for the amont of the deposit. Please ask us for details.

Special Occasions:

Would you like a little something special waiting in your room? Maybe a special in-season floral bouquet, a delicious box of candies, or a bottle of wine to celebrate a special event? Please contact us and we will arrange the items of your choice for an addtional cost of $35 - $50.
